I see high volume trading on this stock daily,  looked at the volume over the last 2 years,  The stock price just sits betwwen 36 to 40.  Any thought from anyone would help.  If I get some good info, will be adding. Thank in advance

with trading volume that high all the time, the stock price should be showing a dramatic increase. they revenve, something doesn't add up.  If somebody could comment on it. Thank you

Hello Ferrari, A big factor affecting the stock price of TCF is......  it never should have gone to 50 cents + back in the fall of 2022.  That was when people thought Europe was going to run out of gas last winter and the gas price went nuts.  TCF stock rose on that momentum and that was when the drilling program was only just getting started.  It will take time for TCF

The stock is clearly being manipulated with the intent of persuading the weary, the timid, and the impatient to give up their Shares now on-the-cheap to whomever is this Patient Acquirer. It's very obvious some entity - person, company, or institution - clearly understands the un-realised value of Trillion and wants to effect some lowball acquisition.   That is why I urge all of you

This trading pattern is unusual. I rarely subscribe to any sort of conspiracy theory. Especially for penny stocks. And I don't like tinfoil hats. But there is something happening here other than normal daily turnover. Is it wash trading or some other manipulation? I'm skeptical. Is it overseas buyers that create havoc amongst the market makers unintentionally by placing large overnight

By the way, did I miss the post? Did anyone ever hear back about whether there already is a "shareholder rights plan" in place ? I put it in "" because such plans are more than a bit of a misnomer. There is no "protection" invoked per se it just requires the process to follow a more shareholder friendly timeline vs jamming a change in control through that invariably

Max, I'll stick with my theory "somebody" is running a continuous fake-then-bake-then-shake to discourage as many as possible and induce them to sell.  I think the tipping point for a filing is when some "entity" crosses the 10% ownership line, right ?  This "somebody" is going to run right up to 9.9999999% and then go quiet... for a while.

For what my free advice is worth, when in doubt I go half way. Pros call it "scaling in" if you want to sound like the cool kids. If im back and forth between fear and greed I buy, or sell , half. I can always buy the second half later and no matter how it turns out I'll be "half right" for acting now. Of course, that means I'll also be "half wrong". Try it a
