Wonder if new partner will help fund drilling costs of larger, deeper, more expensive wells on SASB blocks? I had thought that the national gas company would be a source of extra funding.

Excellent question.   Let's take it a piece at a time.  First, "New Partner" has clearly been impressed by Trillion's offshore success to date, thus their interest in Trillion.  Now, they want to see how Trillion handles an on-shore Proejct, and Vranino provides exactly that.  Cendere is a sideshow and frankly I'd like to see Trillion dispose of that

Just to clarify TCF's Vranino block is unconventional Coal Bed Methane. CNE's success to date has been conventional eocene to lower miocene aged gas charged sands. Apples and oranges. Will be interesting to see the terms of a JV earn in. Partner pay 100% to earn 50% would offer TCF investors that lowest risk on this high risk play.

There's no mystery about CBM; the biggest problem with CBM is disposing of all the water that comes with the methane.   If you've planned your disposal wells  properly the problem becomes just a task on the "to-do" list.  Vranino is in the right place, at the right time, and now... Trillion has a > 100 Billion company  wanting A Piece of The Action
