That Yildirim guy...still selling July 18, 19, and 20th, total 320K shares into the public market...wheather he got these thru past or current salary exchange or those rights and options, as most executives got and have exchanged recently for shares...FACT is they are selling shares into the markets....Question is...are all executives, including our CEO current with their required insider filings,...."JUST SAYING"....

Its one thing to point out insider selling.  Its another to insinuate, as you have done, that insiders may be 'cheating' by not filing their trading activity with the regulator.  It causes me to question your ethics more so than that of the insiders.

Insiders are required under regulations of the exchanges to file any and all trades as an insider within 30 days....and its often happened that many do exceed that time...Thats the fact anf truth,  Just Saying...
