Yes...he did indeed do so, THEN....dont make it sound like he used his own cash to acquire the SAAB block,,,he raised capital from the capital markets...ie..You and I and millions of other investors...,  at very very  low equity prices at the time....at .03 cents or so + or minus ....he came in at the highest of world tensions with RUSSIA  and WAR with UKRAINE,,,,and saw opportunity
