HUGE accumulation in the U.S. market!

Since last September when this story began to unfold
with the spud of Ak-2, I have gathered the daily Time & Sales
Log from the U.S. market where Trillion trades as TRLEF.

I then input these daily T&S Logs into some programs I've 
written that analyse every trade for its price movement and
volume in the direction of the price movement, if any.  I then
run a series of statistical measures.  The conclusion is clear:

Since Guluc-the-Monster-2 started production, there has been
overwhelming buying from U.S. investors, or others needing 
to trade via the U.S. market.   This overwhelming buying has
intensified since the first Big News about the Bulgarian gas JV.

This latest announcement will only add more fuel to this buying
binge.  Clearly, U.S.-trading investors see the share price / value
disconnect and are happily taking advantage of it.

U.S.-trading investors are also the ones coming to the rescue every
time one of these fakeout-bakeout-shakeout schemes gets perpetrated
in the Canadian alt-markets where the Legal Thieves are allowed to 
operate with impunity.  One can see this by correlating the U.S. trades
in the T&S Log with trades being cleared as "Anonymous" by one of 
the Canadian dealing desks who are acting as Correspondent to the
trade. 

All the more reason a Shareholder Rights Plan needs to be put in
place to keep Trillion from being stolen legally and all of Art's hard
work go for naught. ( Everyone else at Trillion, as well. )

Yeah, I'm not as big a fan for 2 reasons. 1] They are also criticized as management entrenchment plans making it harder to oust them. Some truth to this.  2] They delay, they don't poison. If evil buyers are trying to steal the company, the "plan" delays the timeline, it doesn't prevent it. The idea being, in theory,  that shareholders will make better decisions

REALLY!!!!WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN SMOKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!...U.S listing and trading activity has NOT gone wild and seen any significant buying....it mirrors the CSE, both in share price and has usually had volumes of 10X less than its canadian side....give or take, as is normal....As for shareholder rights plan,...that can have a negative effect and can create a massive massive, dilution to FEND-OFF WHAT?

YA....MASSIVE VOLUME here in CANADA and no one disputes that...price continues to be suppressed for the last 9 months or so...with these massive volumes,...price shouyld be over $1, at least...but its NOT...this volume reflects MASSIVE SELLING VOLUME as CEO as stated, with last 2 interviews. He STATED THAT HE DIDNOT KNOW how and why this was going on , but was going on with a group of institutions

You should report your documented evidence to iiroc. To them it doesn't matter which exchange it's traded on. They regulate the entire landscape including anonymous alternate market trading. If a Canadian dealer is involved, at any stage, iiroc regulates them and cares about legal or illegal thieves operating with impunity(until compliance gets an iiroc field visit). The tsx will
