It's never a good idea to use the words "guaranteed success" when discussing The Oil Patch.  I winced slightly when Art  made a comment to that effect several wells ago.   This is  The Oil Patch.  There are no guarantees except the sun will rise tomorrow.  But as I've said before, these three Blocks are about as close to "guaranteed"
