SOOOO, Not only have you all seen INSIDERS with both management and the CEO SELLING..most recently...with these latest BOMBSHELL releases....NOW you have PUMPERS on this board officially posting as one did and just announced.. BAIL-OUT and exit by selling their entire holdings of TCF on todays upswing in price...WOWWWWW...thats says it all....Maxmoe, must have agreed with many other posters here on the negative sides of things with TCFs future going forward...so why the change now, so suddenly... while pumping this stock for the last 12 months , right up to yesterday.....today , his efforts to pump it higher...actually worked , I guess...and I assume existed to his BENEFIT,,,and now he has SOLD OUT his entire holdings. WHAT A HYPOCRITE ....this proves, he has used everyone on this board all along to achieve outcomes to his own personal benefit.....Beware of all others of these PUMPERS, going forward, YOU KNOW WHO THEY ARE...Just say to yourself... they are here for a reason....Couldnt resist this post, as these individuals have corrupted these boards for a very long time....Stock Price going forward will be very volatile and fluctuate with huge volume either way and give highly mixed false hopes of the future...BE WISE AND CAREFUL....These recent news release will only bring a further downgrade by Research Capital....Orginal set at $1.35...then, as informed by CEO in his recent interviews had been lowered to $1....and with these latest news releases , with lower gas production #s from 6 wells  to 3 wells producing and much lower than expected monthly revenues, to ONLY $2mm from that forcasted $5mm++., include the huge BOTAS price declines from the high of $30mcf...now down to $11.65mcf....That future Turkey OIL play and that Bulgaria play will not be given any market valuation today, presently...Im sure those analysts, are re-rating TRILLION right now based on those negative releases. Lets hope they will release those REVISED changes and what they now feel the PRICE VALUATION is for Trillions Stock Price...--TODAY--..and release a report to all shareholders and the public...Personally, dont think you will see a public news release....ONLY CONTINUE TO ASK CEO, he would be the party to approve such a public release, in my opinion...I THINK, MAYBE....So ask CEO...I feel for all the junior investors...that have been misguided, with the likes of these PUMPERS!!!!!!!!!!!!GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL.....Will only post , if pumpers persist,...with outrageous and unjustified statements...

Quite right, no equity.  And only "real deal" oil companies  get this sort of offer.  I saw lots of "real deals" and "wanna-be's" back in the 80's when the bank where I worked was one of  the leading financiers to that generation of OilCo's.   We  knew the real Players from the Poseurs, and we treated  them

Yes...thank you ...you are very correct....A equity finance...NO ONE will do....We can agreed on that point...What you are saying a DEBIT FINANCE...so called a DEBENTURE,...like his last one of $15mm....at a 12% interest rate...WHICH""was a SECURED DEBENTURE...where CEO had pledged trhe SASB assets in exchange for those proceeds....To those investors....it was easy to do that financing..
