This announcement is basically to reflect this 5-1 reverse split and its new much reduced target price....So, they update us and state publically...as of today, they have a POST consolidation price target of... $2.25 per share...this reflects a PRE-CONSOLIDATION target price REDUCTION, I may add , of only......(45 cents), saying they massively reduced their price target from their original target price of $1.35....This only can be viewed as NEGATIVE and no one can spin this any other way...This Reverse split has put a huge confusion and deception to any holders of WARRANTS, RIGHTS, OPTIONS , Analysis Targets,...etc, etc....Dont be fooled by these adjustments....Do your MATH, correctly....
