March 15th, 2024, Thompson given more shares for shares for about $84K dollars..Why, what services has this man provider to company ,as a insider!!!.....again, an example of the cohorts, lining their pockets with cheap shares and then, after a hold..dumping into markets....and having investors pay for their corruptness and further diluting this company even further..Today, after that 5-1 share consolidation last Sept 2024 and setting the new shares outstanding at 77.9mm shares out..we now have  on a fully diluted share count of 121 million shares out..WOWWWW...an increase of roughly 44mm shares. This will only go much higher in the future..more equity financing need..more debt/share conversion by management..and on and on. Oh...forgot to mention..given to Thompson...at .14 cents!!!!!...600k shares for the so called debt of $84K...today with price being at .18 cents, lets say...he just increased his conversion debt and made a easy 24K...How nice!!!! and way more if they can manage to get stock price some how to move!!!!..they are not long term investors..they will be the so called DAY TRADERS!!!!...They do not

Oh..another mention...Thompson last debt/conversion was on Jan. 25th, 2024, last 60 days ago. that was for a so called debt of 37.2K dollars...and given then 186K shares..So, since then he further provided services to this company (Trillion) in excess of $84K dollars incurred and converted this March 15th,2024....How does this serve to give confidence to all shareholders..Welcome to Capitalism..Do
