Market Sell-Off...They see Financial Stress!!!
Financial Balance Sheet has of year end December 2023, shows CASH position at an extremely low of a measly $1.2 million...Thats all they have...after those 2 last financing in 2023 raising over $25million...we close the year with only $1.2 million in cash. Go look at their posted statements on their web site. CEO has burned-out all that financing raise of $25 million.. WHAT THE hell is this guy Halleran doing. MORE FINANCING BADLY NEEDED AND COMING!!!!...AS I had stated previously..and only will happen, if they are lucky and be done at .06 or lower, in my opinion...What a embarrassment!!!..Markets see, what I and many others see...stock price going down, big time to under .10 cents very soon and in a week should be down to .06 cents. Since that 5:1 consolidation, which brought shares outstanding then to over 75 million...today we currently see just under 150 million shares out...after those 2 latest financing. Before you know it..CEO will bring the share float back to that 400 million share outstanding...this company in my opinion is dead in the water...whats next is anyone's guess...hopefully not the B word...Bankruptcy????
