Wow!! How Desperate!! Can't close that entire $2.9mm
They only closed that 3nd tranche for only $137k from $900k that was to be raised and had to throw in a forth, raising measly thousands of dollars of $230k and has just delayed everything even further. Will be many more weeks before work gets started and look at how long it's taking to raise this money and further had to throw in a fifth...Which is no way near what they really need to revitalize these gas wells. They will just keep extending time, in hope of getting as much as they can..with this practice, they could keep extending this placement how long as they want and may go on into July....this is not looking well so far...all this time and they only raised a measly $370k...and still short from their target....it should be worrisome...more delays to come..
