I found another email from Brian Park.

It says "Art and operating company president visit Turkey office monthly". This is the response to the question: who is overseeing the operations? As far as I understand the question is related to the field operations on platforms and the answer is one CEO and one President are taking care of it.

They said they hired Al for his artificial lift expertise. Now they decided they have enough expertise so they dont need Al. Art not a petroleum engineer and i am not sure about the who the president is but i dont belive they can act like COO. It does not make sense. I think Art lost control of the company.

BTW who is operating company?
