something doesn't add up

Years ago I took an investing course and the Number 1 thing the instructor stated was;

'YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW'

A year ago Art stated that the water issue was an relativily easy fix AND here we are
today and can't even get 3cents.

So in realtity we just DON'T KNOW

Before we get to "We Don't Know- What we Don't Know...I believe we will hit that .03 cents a share. Then its too LATE!!! Results won't be out for at least another 60 days on the effectiveness of those velocity strings once completed on flows rates. Time will tell.
