Possible Pattern Developing !!
Appears this practice of insider selling took place last August 2023 same time last year where CEO had sold 1.2 million shares along with others at the time. Then month or two later, we learned of the water load problems, 5:1 share consolidation, reported 2nd quarter Losses and then finally does that $10 million highly dilutive financing last November 9th 2023..and today we see insider selling again. While CEO did that video paid interview stating several times how severely UNDERVALUED Trillion share price was. One does have to ask and wonder "What the hell is happening". Shareholders need answers to his actions at this time, in my opinion. I'm sure its on everyone's mind on why is he selling, when he's asking for investors to buy at these low share prices..as he stated in that video. Hope that gas is still flowing in those wells. Time will tell.

Appears that your posts are misleading Guytorule, in looking at the insider reports, Halleran the CEO has purchased $1.095 million in stock thus yaar of trilllion, while only selling less than $100k in stock. So he has purchased net $900k in stock just this year! When he purchases stock, you say nothing, but the minute he sells, your crying the sky is falling

they say what is beneficial for their narrative. it's easy to see why they are pushing this. if you follow this group's posts - they are shorters and actively promote other stocks. thank you for the facts
