No cease trade order yet. Looking frail..... near or is at all time lows.... Has not been a great year for the O/G sector at all. Lets hope 2025 does better. GLTA

There are reasons for the all-time low, which have been extensively discussed here. TCF's management only needs to read what its shareholders are writing here. If they then take the right measures to increase shareholder value again, the company will become more attractive and 2025 could be a good year. If not, things will continue to go downhill.
