Art steps down

This is good for the company. Good geo but clueless to market sentiment. Maybe the company will start trying under promise over deliver instead of hype.

I agree this is good for the company. My impresion is that this has been in the works for sometime, I am not suprised at all!!!! I think the board was frustrated and sensed alot of investor frustration. In reality I think we are in a better place

Im very surprised...Why Now!!!  Timing Stinks.  Wanted him gone a long time ago, but not exactly now just before a successful conclusion with those VS installation. I suspect this is a prelude to more depressing news unfortunately. To each their own, I smell trouble here in the next 2 weeks.

Expectations regarding flow rates were clearly not met. Arthur Halleran does not seem to be the right CEO to communicate difficult news transparently and clearly. A fresh start is urgently needed to prevent the share price from falling further. The transition management must act immediately to set the course for a successful future.

My opinion is...If they fail to restore acceptable monthly gas flow rates with fair Botas prices not less than $10mcf/monthly and fail to regain sufficient revenues close to that expected $2 million dollars/month, THEN, all goes to hell here regardless of who runs this company. Only continued more rhetoric and excuses by whomever runs this company. All clowns and promoters with these penny stocks, ...more

If they have a new group of experts coming on board, I wouldn't be surprised to see a rise in insider buying from newcomers and potentially the current members.  Seems like good things coming up if they are this quick out of the gate for annoucments. 2 press releases in 2 business days of 2025...

Guyt. that is also possible. Then the end of TCF is fast approaching and the search for a new CEO would once again be an action to keep investors quiet for a while. Only the new management can communicate that this is not the case.

Not really sure what your end game is here Boulder49, but based on the communication the last two days by Trillion seems like they are moves on things and share news upon it becoming definitive as opposed to so many in this industry who comment on speculative activities.

You can talk yourself into anything, but one thing is certain. The silence regarding the flow rates and then the sudden departure of the beloved and hated CEO is not good news. If there were good flow rates in the near future, the CEO could easily leave the company afterwards and he would be the hero. So it's safe to assume that the flow rate situation sucks and the CEO is quitting to get his ...more

Well said Boulder..expect more of the same old with new management.  Truth will be come soon. Halleran is Not that old by the way..He's exiting before the big storm unfortunately, thought for a moment could be a turn around story here...Not anymore!!!!...with this announment. Negative news in my opinion, only inferring that more things are failing here operationally and financially..
