It's nice to see they take safety seriously. let's hope they will resume operations shortly as stated

I posted this a few years ago here. The Black Sea does not freeze up during the winter due to the salinity, which helps, however ice forms near the shorelines, which can affect shore to rig operations. It is near freezing there. Overnight tomorrow for example will be a high of 7 degrees C and a low of 0 C. End of message.
