consolidation of shares
are they consolidating shares at 200 to 1??????.....seems retail investors will be hosed again

Here's how I saw this. Perhaps I"m wrong. Let's say I have 100,000 shares. At 200:1, I would have 500 shares. But then there's a 4;1 split when it's rolled into the new co w Canntab. so, 4 x 500= 2000 shares.

no you will have 500 shares..each Canntab shareholder will get 4 TFS shares for each Canntab share he owns.

These all does not make a lot sense, or at least does not seem to be right take today's price of 0.08 as example, that would mean the post consolidation price to be 0.08x200=$16. I do not think that price tag would work or not in favor os investors...
