Trading of shares has been halted. 

From the bottom of my heart in sincerely hope that it is because good news is coming. I don't want people to lose money, and as I said I am not long or short in this stock. That being said, I cannot see how any news can change the very clear math outlined in the LOI in relation to your stocks.

I warned you all a week or two ago, this was a terrible investment. Now not only are you losing a ton of shares, but your funds are tied up indefinitely. Sometimes halts are brief. Sometimes not. UMB was halted from Nov 3 - Jan 10 to undergo a change of direction and ticker change. That did not include a split. Enjoy those overpriced shares. You can only cross your fingers and hope for the best at

Hey Jagoff, F$&@ off with the “ i told you so’s”.  If you don’t have a position in TFS, go find another board to be a jackass on.  We will find out in due time what our new shares will be worth.  Thanks.
