TFS VALUATION

We have all the information we need. Post RTO there will be 24.4 million shares (existing TFS shareholders will have around 600K of these, Canntab shareholders around 23.8M (there are around 5.95M Canntab shares and they will get 4 shares in TFS for each Canntab share). .What is the value of Canntab? if $100M, post RTO TFS will be worth $4.10 (100/24.4)..or pre-200:1 split $0.02 cents. If Canntab is worth $200M pre-split TFS is worth 200/24.4/200, or 4 cents. I think Canntab is worth more than $24.4 M and so TFS is worth more than 1/2 cent. But who am I to know what Canntab is worth?
