I only had about 9200 shares of TFS at about 500 bucks... after this criminal activity I now have a whopping 46 shares worth 0.60 cents each....

My situation ended up much worse. I only had a modest 2000 of TFS so ended up with 10 shares of CannTab at a cost basis of $10.00. Share price is only $0.75. I’ll be dead before I see that price. What I don’t yet understand is if/when the othe spinouts get listed, do we get them at a zero dollar cost basis?

Well Dibble, we all (or most of us) lost money on this one. The only hope is that we might recover some money back through these SpinCos, besides averaging down. But that's a different story. Now as far as I know, these companies once they get listed (Hopefully) on the CSE, they're suppose to be worth between 1 cent (0.01) and 5 cents (0.05). Except SpinCo #7. SpinCo #1 & #5 should be
