have tgif trade on a USA exchange ???--

question is:      DOES TGIF  qualify ????

     I just looked the qualifications for Nasdaq and we have a little work to do before we move to that exchange.        Listing Requirements for All Companies Each company must have a minimum of 1,250,000 publicly traded shares outstanding upon listing, excluding those held by officers, directors, or any beneficial owners of more than 10% of the ...more

MAYBE  graduate to the Venture exchange  in  Canada    but that one isn't any better sometimes than the CSE not sure WHAT can move this upwards from .07 cents

It seems to me that what ever groups were able to walk this down from .46 are the ones holding it here. I never understood why this happens or is allowed to happen but i guess i need to be thankful they stopped at .065. it seems like they could easily have kept going.
