To be reintroduced Thursday...this stand alone bill needs to be approved immediately for many political reasons and will instantly provide much needed assurance and security for many large institutions and other big $ making this space more widely attractive and accepted.

Great find Birdman! I did not know it was on the floor tomorrow - appreciate the heads up. Does anybody know if 280E reform is part of this bill?  That would be an absolute game changer for profitability.

  It could be included in a future package but currently SAFE remains a stand alone  But hey there is a loophole to help for now! I just heard that CSPN 3 will be having a hearing with the IRS leader. Since they have raised concerns about cash payments from cannibus businesses with ' cash rooms' needed , SAFE could be mentioned. It is scheduled for this afternoon on or about 3pm.ET? Didn't say... I guess lack of excitement is bringing personal attacks or harassment at best. Tiring waste of time!!

Was the article dated 2020? I've seen many report's and articles recently that this is top priority right now in the democratic controlled Senate. Even if the votes are split VP Kamila Harris is the tie break vote who said herself some sort of MJ reform WILL happen this year... right now SAFE is a stand alone bill but could easily be passed on its own or merged and passed as a package

Agreed! Mitch is still gonna try amd be Mitch though but he's no longer Majority so...it's Chucks turn and basically his bill...needs to be adopted immediately, looking more like sooner than later
