How come some Cannabis companies are listed on Nasdaq?

Can anyone intelligent explain why TGIF is not listed or qualified to be on NASDAQ and Sundial or Tilray is? How come some companies are on these exhanges and some arent? is it reveune based?

I think if I was intelligent I wouldn't be in this stock at the price I am. Tgif has operations and touches the plant - cannabis- in the US- where cannabis is a schedule 1 narcotic- same classification as heroin. Nasdaq has requirements that they have to follow federal laws, cannabis is illegal at the federal level, therefore us cannabis companies can't list on the biggest exchanges ...more

Being picked up by an ETF such as MSOS would get us into a major index with being listed on a major index.
