Fast forward
I'm not pleased with the revenue numbers; however, if we fast forward 1 year from now with the Q to Q gains we are making it will be a totally different conversation and that is without any added revenue. The company had an adjusted $16 mil. loss in 2020, down to a $2 mil loss in 2021. This company is progressing forward its not sinking. If the numbers were reversed I might think differently but in my mind this is a buying opportunity before the really good numbers come out,
If you were running the company and had back to back news releases one month apart, wouldnt you want to have the crappy numbers on last years balance sheet. Now we have a clean slate starting 2022. " The Company believes its diversified product offerings and premium products will have a positive impact on revenues. The Company believes that it is on the right path to improve its growth and reach consistent profitability in Fiscal 2022."
Buy Buy Buy
Lets hope GLTA

Q1 should capture EDC, Life is Beautiful and the Raiders season. Q1 earnings should be better than Q4. Probably back to Q3's 3.2 million level or better.

Very few companies will survive and be profitable we will be one of them.

That's hillarious.... Will we? Will we really? Based on what? We lose every quarter. 1933 has the wrong biz model. If 1933 is bought out at bargain basement prices prior to bankrupcy I would not call that "survival".

It is unfortunate what Rosen has had to clean up from old management mistakes.(It sure would be nice to have the 5 mill. we blew on SPIRE not that Rosen was even in the picture for that one). At year end 1933 was still paying from the California experiment. He's had one full year during Covid to clean things up. Now I'm giving him one more to see what he can do..

EDC in October probably had about 100k attendees each of the three days. I heard numbers were off from peak 150k because of Coronavirus and the hot weather. LIB probaby had at least 10k - 20k for that event. The Raiders games I would say have been running around 75% of allegiant stadiums 65,000 capicity.
