This makes total sense. Why not make a small chunk of money from a piece of real estate. We still own two lots with a 67000 and a 12000 squre ft. building on each. The money can be utilized NOW, an empty lot is just that EMPTY. Now if they start selling the buildings off then I think there/s some trouble happening.

I wouldn't call money derived from a real estate sale used to pay off debt utilizing. The companies move sounds more like desperation.

Hey, if it helps clean up the balance sheet and gets this ship moving in the right direction I'm all for it. I really don't see a negative.

Why isn't it on the front burner? The Great Rosen announced the deal would be closed Jan 31st. We are 5 days away from March!!!!
