The future not too bright for 1933 investors, here's why: After the latest financials, the cash position, share price dillution and losses points to a fairly high probability that a R/S is on the way.

If a reverse split is on the way,  I'd take my loss and sell immediately. Reverse splits are almost always bad for shareholders.

Rosen has many millions in shares. A RS would be like shooting himself in the foot. I wouldnt worry about that at this point.
