If they don't reach at least 1.6M revenue in Q1, I'd say it's a pretty good indicator that the company has actually become a failure and there's no point waiting for some magic to happen.

I wouldn't expect 1.6M$ as much as I hate to say it. Our dried sales are declining, since Q2 (although up in Q4 from Q3) and the price per gram seems to be as well. I figure we sold at most 200 000$ worth of KISS Q1 so I would expect around 1M$ or hopefully a little more with a similar real loss of around 250 000$.
