If anyone can read this report and not immediately see how the CEO and CFO (husband and wife) are using this company as their personal piggy-bank, you need to take a quick course on how to read a financial statement. Take a good look at the section titled Related Party Transactions, starting on page 18. I pointed this out to people on this board literally years ago - Miller and wife buy ...more
