Hi muchogusto, Word on the Street tells me TMAS Mgmt purchased their shares in a nonbrokered PP Dec 15/20. The non-brokered PP closed over night on Dec 16/20 just before Temas signed off the LOI Agreement with Erin Ventures at Piskanja on Dec 17/20. IMO, clean & slick action by MD and I suspect the warrants will be converted to common shares before Dec 16/22. This was an excellent buy of 12M

Hi bb-99, thank you. OK. Looks like a smart deal for MD. Guess we will see the 0.05$ soon enough again. Never thought this will happen. They sending some signals on Twitter about the clean tech ology,, hard to believe we are getting a deal on this in 2022. Optmism hard to keep. The momentum of the study release is gone. I was excited, but for now I am just wondering how they are caring about
