With similarities to Rio Tinto's long-standing operations in the region, Temas Resources (TMAS.c TMASF) is developing the La Blache Titanium-Vanadium-Iron Project in Eastern Quebec.
 

Boasting the potential to advance significantly without needing to "reinvent the wheel", The project's recent preliminary economic assessment indicates a robust after-tax net present value of $6.8 billion at an 8% discount rate and a 55% internal rate of return.
