What I see in this form 7 is that certain parts of the commissioning need optimizing, still. The engineering company ICC Turnkey, that is presently involved in a lawsuit, was called to get involved with the final commissioning, why? What mods do they have to make, again? We all remember the transformer issue and the time involved with that. Have they finished making these mods? Is it possible that
