News release explains one thing......

After the first financing on Nov 24 for $1 million, it was expected that Anonymous would be selling approx 2.3 million shares to take advantage of the terms of purchacing a unit (1 share + 1 warrant) at $.45.

However, Anonymous kept the selling at full speed ahead, long after disposing of the 2.3 million shares.

Looking at the House positions beginning at the first date of announcement of a financing till today, it shows that Anonymous has in fact sold 4.6 million shares since Nov 24.

4.6 million shares * $.45 shows a net sale of $2.07 million, which covers the amount of investor purchace for the 2 financings.

This explains the news announcement today of an additional $1 million to the coffers!

Can we expect this selling to be over now?

So what's the alternative? If they continue to get approached with investors willing to give them $1m at a time or more in the future, why wouldn't they do it? Especially, given the running room they have from a shares out perspective.  I invite you to go look at most of the Cannabis companies share structures, especially ACB and you'll quickly realize this 'dilution' of ...more

I would wait and see if BEV is successful in closing their PP with significant funding, as it is one thing to propose a financing (which is what they have done) and another thing to be successful in raising cash. Btw, looking at BEV's financials at the end of Sept 2020, they have a grand total of $49,000 cash! *Gulp*. It is quite amazing that they are looking for financing at a +25% premium ...more
