Where's the beef?

As I have been saying for months now, their carbonation unit is the problem. They can't produce any single serves and they can't sign any copackers until it is fixed or more likely replaced. Why would they need to call in their "engineering company" during final commissioning? Did the Italians find something very wrong with the setup? Did the carbonation unit blow a valve, as only 1 of a multitude seem to be in use? All speculation on my part i know, but again, until I see a single serve on a store shelf or online, I'm sticking to it.

Just for $h*ts and giggle, I went to the high times delivery site and put in Tinley's address in Santa Clara...Good News we deliver.  I then go to the drinks menu and select 'View All'.  Optionally, you can filter but the most popular is the default and low and behold the only TNY options, you guessed are the multi-serve products.  Coconut, cinnabuns and almond to be ...more

FCUK me, they have plenty more problems then just the carbonation unit. Curious to see if/when this Sh*t show ever gets their ducks in a row.  The laundry list of stupidity keeps on growing.  Welcome to 2021! MJ1

Nope, been around for 4 years and getting tired of the BS.  Told myself, I at least needed to see long beach get commissioned in order to get a peek at the list of co-packers and to see if Baron Davis would ever have a noticeable impact.  Figured from the time that facility was up and running, I would wait two quarters to assess if they could put together some reputable revenue numbers. ...more

Since when does a governemnt agency count a weekend or holdiay as a "day". Its been 52 business days you silly people..

This Notice of New Cannabis Product (NNCP) must be provided to Health Canada at least 60 calendar days before making the new cannabis product available for sale. And it was Christmas, so mid January is more likely.

Read before you comment, I work in the CDN federal government, and it was the first thing I went looking for before I posted.  I did the math before I posted and we are two weeks over the 60 days.  Not that I expected them to actually have product on shelves on day 61 but these are the things that piss people off.  If you say something, do it and do it on time.  It's a ...more

Ok then.   The license holder may only sell the product once they are authorized to do so and once 60 calendar days have passed since a complete NNCP was submitted to Health Canada.     It seems there are two caveats. 1) 60 calendar days which by your genius counting skills has been met 2) Authorization which perhaps has not yet been granted

Given it is the New Year, I'm willing to let the sarcastic Genius comment slide.   Let's use the word 'authorized' lightly here.  Do a little digging and you'll see that as a license holder, you submit the form and essentially you wait 60 days and can start selling your product.  Health Canada entrusts you are compliant and will contact you if you aren' ...more

We have different results. I used Time and Date, using October 15 as the submission date.  60 days is January 11, taking into account weekends and holidays.

Gotcha Still misread the CALENDAR days.  Enough Tinley for the day.  Have a good one, everyone. Here's hoping things turn around.

Aside from digging for information related to the NNCP, in an effort to find some TNY product to relieve my stress, I have spent the better part of the last hour in a spreadsheet.  That spreadsheet contains all the dispensary names that Tinley has on their website.    Examples include BARC/Caliva/Connected/Cookies – Melrose/MMD/San Fernando Valley Patients Collective/Sun Valley Care ...more
