Tinley Beverage Company Inc > I'm on ice, I'm done!

I'm on ice, I'm done!

I may be the largest legit shareholder on record. I mean straight up on market. No PP, no incentive, marketing post or promo, nope; no posting for props just straight-up money on the bid for shares and shares and shares. Heck I don't care, I'll tell y'all where I'm at.

510,000 RRSP. 120,000 TFSA (I want to buy 30,000 more for the TFSA in the next 10 days, This is 100% verifiable.) I've got nothing but real success and blue collar money in the game at stake here. Nope, i can't extend my position just because - which the board just did by the way - and I didn't just get it all for free beause I smiled for a half-assed social media promo. Nope, i'm what Tinley wants to sell to. I'm the market, I'm the vision, i'm the opportunity. I'm smacking three's more than Baron. If I wasn't, he'd have Steph on this since it's is in his back yard. And if Steph isn't comfortable with that well Rasheed and the up and coming Trail Blazers would be. After all, last I heard Portland, Oregan is Canada's BC. That's why we traded them Stoudamire!! Come on $TNY, think some stuff out. If you want to blow this out it's so easy!! At least it should be given the Mgmt slideshow y'all have on the corporate resume presentation.

I'm done. Y'all know where I stand, know where I'm at and when I make my decision (i've extended a confidential olive branch to mgmt) y'all definitely know where I was. It would suck if I got out at the same time as the next financing. hahahaha.

Can you imagine mgmt trying to tell new investors why their subscription just tanked by 30-40% I'm all over the L2's. I'm in big trouble here because if I want out at current the coporate rate and developments it's a 30-50% swing.

What's more, the rest of all need to be accountable to your money. I don't mean this arrogontly, but really HOW DO YOU FEEL IF I DUMP THIS AND YOU'RE WATCHING YOUR $0.60 PP or $0.40 PP destroyed!! Yup that's you RB. Look at the volume, its less than 200,000 and i've got about 650,000 to dump. Oh wait, that's what Rick has, but you know, I paid for mine. I've got skin in the game. He got his for free. Jeff did too. He pushed his options back and didn't even ask ME (his biggest legit shareholder) or the massive retail following through a General Managemnt Discussion if we were cool with that. Brutal!! Come to think of it, has there been a single proxy on any corporate developement or what's been efectively a spin-off (how did WE decide that we were okay with Christley taking ownership and advertisment direction on Beckett's)?

Okay, Im done. Scramble amongst yourself. $SIC

Hahahahah, I know right. I'm in big trouble.  I know you don't believe me but my holdings and the embarrassingly low cost are public knowledge. I've also posted pictures of them.

This post was annoying. The fact you think you’re a big dik with your 600k shares is laughable. Biggest legit shareholder…please just quit. Sit down, STFU and let the professionals do their thing.

Thank you for the humble-pie. You're right. Whether I have 634,500 or 6,345,000 it doesn't change the fact that I'm not the boss, Tinley's is. I promise I will never annoy this board again with posts.

I am not implying you should stop posting! Just stating my opinion on one specific post. We all have them on occaison :)

Ignoring the frustration of long time large shareholders isn't the best way to proceed either. Tinley is moving forward but at a snails pace. I'm not sure whether investor expectations are realistic on many fronts. I'm invested in many stocks that provide almost no information at all other than what is legally required. However the inability for most shareholders to really have an idea ...more

Holding since 2017, have slowly sold about 2/3 of my shares in the last couple of months. I will keep the rest on the offchance that they start executing. At some point the question is not about whether or not they will succeed, but simply the cost opportunity of holding Tinley through their very slow execution.

Sadly, I echo your sentiment.  I also appreciate the frustration that many of us have, especially those that have been around 4+ years.  Big position or small position, make no mistake we all want the same things.  Everyone's timeline for that to be achieved just happens to be different.   Like you I can't justify buying more shares, I don't recommend the ...more

Wow .. that was quite the little rant there djgt...!! laughable at best .! You must be so proud of your collective shares, If you seriously believe that you are Tinley's LARGEST !!?? share holder ? then you are either very tall and fat ... or just sniffing too much glue..!! you really have no clue just glue.

Somebody woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning... I have highlighted a major error that you made in your post (see below). Rick invested $260,000 of his own money into Tinley at 43 cents and then another $240,000 at 60 cents...so you are completely wrong and your facts suck. You bought 500,000 of your shares at 10 cents, so the amount of money that each of you has invested in ...more
