You realize these short volumes are simply people playing price arbitrage right? like it's not real short trading just balancing the exchange prices. Therefore entirely fukin useless data to track on the American exchange anyway.

Making no sense. Just babbling.  The stock is trading high short volumes on days when the Canadian price is tanking as result at of the lack of liquidity on the us exchange. Makes for an obvious short trade with absolutely zero risk. No different then when it's trading below Canadian market you'll plot an increase in buying.
