Pass me a knife and fork....

Let me see if I understand this correctly.....
Pabst Brewing Company has nothing to do with Pabst Labs...except that some ex-employees started the Lab company.
But....
The Lab company has approval from the Brewing company to use the world famous "blue ribbon label" logo on the products?
Is this correct?

This is a big deal. This logo brings immediate appeal.

Where's the salt and pepper.......

However it sounds like the product made at Tinleys facility is Pabst Labs product and all that is made there will be for the California market only, not national. Tinley will make some money for making it of course but the retail sales of the product will belong to Pabst Labs. At least thats how it sounds to me. Thoughts anyone?

Copacking is a low margin business that makes its money through high volume. This company has a 12 million bottle capacity and they didn't mention capacity for the canning line or mini line. Instead they just said they were similar in speed. This stock has a very defined limit to how much they will potentially make, but we won't know that until after they release their copacking margins ...more

I think you may have it wrong when you say 30 different co-packers. You should be saying 30 different products. Some of these co-packers have 3 or 4 different flavours or lines.

We have to take their word on it. First there were 3-4, then 12 and now 30... and they've only signed 5. I dont believe anything until I see it.

First off, no one brought up Hexo so stop flapping your lips about them because they have no bearing on Tinley. Secondly, your articles show that copacking is a low margin business but you're not smart enough to comprehend what you're reading, if you're capable of doing that in the first place. Useless drivel.

WRONG! Co-packing is ultra-high margins, so the revenue flows almost entirely to the bottom line.  You’re thinking about highly leveraged co-packers that buy their equipment on debt or lease it, so the profits are thin.  Tinley’s equipment is paid for and all the salaries and facility costs are fixed, so 12 million times three lines times maybe $x bottle is tons of US cash filling their ...more

Their gross margins are negative as of last financials. Also, there is no guarantee that they will ever reach capacity. The total amount of bottles sold in the states last year was 3 million or something along those lines. Secondly, dispensaries don't have the space for all that inventory and there exists a lack of distribution infrastructure to move 36 million units per year. Capacity doesn ...more

This is correct.  An Arm's length relationship that uses branding relationship.  I think I see this as any R&D division but run a little more detached - at least until more federal law loosens.
