There's been more disapointments than that

Tinley has had to secure new co-bottlers in Cali too or at least cut out the last Becketts bottler.  In Canada the first choice didn't work out either and I'm not sure about the 2nd choice.  In LA they also had to change up delivery guys.

Every newcomer that participates in some way to get Tinleys on the shelf has to have a light shone up their azz and get a license glued to it, so there's that.

Tinley did what needed to be done and keep pushing forward on their objective.  Becketts hit shelves pretty quick in the US and Canada and I believe that it is the Canadian bottler that has stepped up for the US Becketts.

The best choices at the time are subject to performance and quality standards and if they couldn't step up they had to step down.

There are several cbd and thc products on shelves in Canada but sadly not Tinley's yet!

Good news is that Tinley's and Becketts are on shelves in Cali and Canopy/Acreage's are not but we are told, soon!

Canada still has lots of issues that need to be fixed and the big players in the States, it seems, are waiting for some kind of legislation to allow Interstate transfer of cannabinoid products or better yet the total package of decriminalization, legalization, banking and brokering.

The game rules keep changing and I remember that cost Tinley a couple of thousand cases over a labelling issue.  If those lost bottles were worth $10 bucks a bottle x24 bottles per case x 2000, it adds up really quick as revenue lost.  Right after that they wanted an opaque bottle in Cali which resulted in us settling for beer bottles that look shytee compared to the clear or even a white frosted bottle.

Of course in Canada you can't have a stylistic offering because our misguided policymakers want generic and clinical looking skus covered in warning labels.  The sooner they change that the better.  Maybe we are waiting on that before hitting the shelves so we don't wind up in the same situation as we did in California.

Can you tell me more about the Becketts bottlers? I juat know that JM said the Becketts would be up "tomorrow" and that was like a week ago and still no Becketts online. As an investor, I want there to be products for sale. If they don't sell, then at least we know there's bad products. If they keep telling us what a great product they have but keep finding creative ways to keep ...more
