2 Simple Steps

1. Easy part. Hire a dedicated IR and SM team is 200k/yr. Go hire them. Jeff is not smart or talented enough to be both of those. Gonna need to get their stories straight though. We would see how effective Jeffs communication and leadership is that way. 2. The hard part. Hire a good CEO for a couple 100k/yr and some options. Jeff needs to be like Kraft and hire the next Bill Belichick. He's got Rick as his Tom Brady. Build a team and develop a strategy. He's got the team but is missing the bigger picture. A GM usually gives a coach 3-4 years to turn it around. I dont think I can dumb it down for you any more than a sports analogy. Jeff needs to bring in a CEO and completely step out so he cant do any more damage. He set up the facility (poorly). His job is done. Let a more capable mind run the business.

Take a look at the costs from last year when they were idle. They spent 600k on sales when they weren't doing any sales. I'm sure you could cut those costs and make no difference because whatever they were doing selling Tinley obv wasn't working. Take that cash and give it to a competent social media manager and Investor relations person. Same with the CEO. If Jeff doesn't do this, ...more
