In the hunt

for a CEO after Jeff's stepping aside.  Rick is taking the reins temporarily!  I'm trying to figure what tipped the balance for Jeff.  Shareholder's complaints or burn-out.

Hi powered management types take it beyond the money as the carrot and most have a history of completing the task they have undertaken, to completion.  I'm counting on that for Rick.

Jeff did a lot, maybe not as successfuly as somebody else could have done it, but he moved this company forward on its business plan in a highly disorganized field with a ton of over-regulation.  That isn't going to end with a new temporary CEO but maybe Rick is more capable to drive this company forward.

Good news is that I don't see Jeff's shares showing up and Rick has pumped a considerable amount of his cash into shares of Tinley and fees for licenses and permits, not to mention, building out the bottling facility.

I daresay that he is committed, like the pig in the bacon and eggs story and has an interest in a successful outcome.

That seems to be the tipping point, the success of TNY as an investment in a reasonable period of time given that others seem to be making milestones without onerous delays.

The fact that we have such a que of potential cannabinoid bottlers lining up behind us, to do what we are doing, bodes well for us being in the right game.

Our beverages were delayed to satisfy some essentials required for THC infused beverages to be a success like rapid onset and offset, to be more familiar like alcohol and with the same kind of punch, although I still see some crazy high amounts of THC infused beverages by the competition which are going to get consumers in trouble with over-indulgence.

Regulators have been overzealous with their decisions and methods of keeping this new vice under their thumbs, in the name of protecting us from ourselves.

I'm starting to see some lobbying people being lined up by the bigger players to mold the rulebook to something that will work for both government and potpreneurs.

I have felt that we are on the right track with this type of product lines because cannabinoid infused beverages are far safer than beverage alcohol but I'm also aware that Big Alcohol has done their lobbying and made their political contributions, so expediency to fix what is ailing us as potpreneurs could take a little more time.

As I have mentioned before,  a heavyweight is lurking and making their moves to be the leading formidable player in this field.  STZ waved $5 billion at Canopy who proactively saw that the US is essential to staying number one cannabinoidist in the world.  They did a deal to happen in the future to assume the assets off Acreage Holdings and also have a stake in Terrascend with the same kind of deal.  I also believe that Tilray has a similar style deal for some of their US acquisitions.  This type of deal hasn't been done to the best of my knowledge but there has been some serious millions of dollars changed hands to back the deal.  This is what the legal minds have come up with for an workaround of the US Fed criminalization laws that are on their books.

Tinley doesn't have that problem because we are basically a California company with a Canadian listing as is the case for most US MSOs that are doing their own endruns around the rules to get what they need.  Most listed on the CSE which i call the cannabis exchange because they have weighed the costs against the headstart to get established in the US markert.

The US has already sabre-rattled in regards to non-US companies being excluded from the US greenrush which has scared some, but not all.

STZ Constellation Brands is beverage alcohol and a money making machine with hardcore business people that know how to make companies successful.  They have seen their future with cannabinoid infused beverages being in their stable and are working out the kinks.  $5 billion by them to Canopy allows you to call some shots and it legitimized the whole greenrush.

Canopy is just getting CBD beverages to States that allow by having US cannabinoid capable bottlers to make their branded products and sell them, without touching the product.  Canopy is not there yet with THC beverages and have mentioned California several times.

Tinley has what Canopy wants in California with licensing, bottling capability and some distribution to storefronts and dispensaries of THC infused beverages.

With the latest development and a beatdown shareprice, we might be in the crosshairs of STZ/Canopy/Acreage as a going concern  which could accelerate things considerably for them.

Stay tuned for more developments and hopefully Rick will keep investors informed as we search for a new CEO.

Anybody care to throw out a name for a new CEO?

jeff was incompetent and so he is gone, plan and simple, and completely disagree with your statement that he did a lot. He did very little, and all his goal where either extremely late or failed. Shareholders did not come up with the timelines, he did and failed everytime. The press release where garbage, and he did nothing to assist the stock. Every pp the last 2 years has been underwater. TNYBF was 94.64% short yesterday, what do you expect to happen, the price to go up? Fu(k!ng goofs.  If TNY is such garbage why do you need to spoof TNY in Canada and short TNYBF simultaneously? Maybe not you specifically, but in general. The idea of a penny stock sustaining upward momentum while being shorted 100%, and on the high 90% constantly is blasphemy!! TNYBF Short Data Here! ...more

Lol, you're so delusional. I guess you leaving Tinley's SH board is like Richard leaving by the end of January, lolzz. I am living so comfortably, brushing my shoulders off instead of looking behind them constantly in fear of the boogeyman. Jeff hired Richard Fuqtard, when everyone was thinking about growing cannabis in Canada in 2016/2017 Jeff was one of the only CEO's to go into the ...more

Cool story. I thought you were the spokesperson? Was there something incorrect in my post? The person who said Richard was leaving by the end of January is saying I make the company look bad? That's almost cute, tell me another holocaust joke!

Don't tell me I don't get something when people ridiculed me for suggesting TInley was a takeover target, whether friendly or hostile I've been saying it since 2016 you turd. Jeff stepping aside as CEO is a clear indication he's willing to sell the company, everyone has price, even you!

Jeff is still and advisor to Tinley, and stepped down as CEO which displays some humbleness. Bruce Linton was "terminated." If I remember correctly. Bruce, let's go!!!

And that's a whole lot of maybes and it's. That's almost as adorable as TLRY and Irwin Simon's Jewish friends swinging their dicks around to purchase TNy in a hostile takeover. Relax Alex Jones. Tehehehe.

I see you are sensing my dissapointment!   Clearly, I was looking at the glass as half full despite all of the negativety going on around here. I still think that Tinley is worth something for what it has done.  Maybe I'm just seeing it through my rose coloured glasses.   It is possible that Jeff has been blowing smoke for a long time but we do have a working thc ...more
