Tinley on shelves in Louisiana and Kentucky

We are selling in Louisiana for both NA and D9. I've also found Beckett's NA in Kentucky. I havent seen any D9 but only checked a couple stores in the state. Emergent has partnered with others ...more

Just consider it a footrace and the larger the consolidation is the same as how much of a headstart do they want? Larger consolidation means deeper cuts to existing shareholders for how many shares ...more

The company wants authorization to consolidate shares 5:1 all the way up to 15:1, so they will probably settle somewhere around 10:1.
