No more Private Placements?

Seeing how Rick is providing Tinley with an advance it's likely the company is forecasting profit this year.

Now that the Lakewood acquisition has been approved for a nominal fee a lot of uncertainty has been removed surrounding the company.

It'll be interesting to see financials in the upcoming weeks, back to back financials weeks away.

I wonder if any meaningful co-packing deals will get announced near term..

Sell in May and go away has been a consistently reliable strategy for this sector over the previous years, considering Dems fumbled federal cannabis reform I don't imagine this year will be any different.

Sounds like the Merger and Acquisition, huh?Gonna be interesting to see the year end financials which should include revenue from the hundreds of thousands they produced. Wait till you see them.
