JSDA and SBBC walked from their deal.

Very few of the others are showing much promise.

Most of those cannabinoid infused beverage companies have done splits to get their shareprices up and the marketplaces are only now approaching the possibility for this type of sku to make some profits.

TNY hasn't consolidated any shares to get their price up, are a going concern in California and have a toehold in Canada.  TNY is not buried in debt and it is conceivable that we are on the verge of showing profits.

Tinley's is being manhandled by marketmakers, no doubt in my mind!  Our team is being elusive with sharing any numbers that we can do back of the envelope calculations on and aren't divulging sales numbers or purchase order news.

Tinley's has also targetted big volume dispensaries rather than the market as a whole.  I'm hoping that we make news with good reviews and others get wind of this and order for their storefronts.

All of this stuff about Chappelle and changing up Becketts to alcohol offerings, I am taking with a grain of salt.  I can't find anything to back up what is being said.  Probably just some disgruntled spoiler spreading shyt around but post some links to prove me wrong.

Tinley's is a going concern in California with our own bottling plant and those two streams of revenue should add up to something if we can believe seasoned beverage guys in regards to profits from co-bottling.

Canada sales are still an onerous deal with all kinds of delays built in and we only moved on a couple of our products with promises of more but it is up to the consumer.

I noticed a price of $12 plus for a rtd sku beverage at the Ontario Cannabis Store and reports are good of selling it out but also being restocked.  This is about a double from other skus but consumers, probably investors, want to try it and are willing to pay the price or we could be striving for high end boutique, limited edition stuff, like Scotches and Whiskeys.  I will pay more for something I like over a product that doesn't hit my palet well.  We don't know how far along we are on our submissions for our other skus but that is just one of the delays we face from the watchdogs and quality control people.

I'm not sure where we are at in Canada over posession limits where I tried to buy a six pack but could only buy 5 of my chosen beverage.  True story of how our government people are trying to protect us from ourselves with some stupid formula based on strength and mils of said beverages.  If you were headed out camping for the weekend, 5 cans ain't foing to do it.  I did respond to the feedback asked for by the pot law guys with the surveys.

Most of the clout for change will come from the major LPs and MSOs doing the lobbying to get the rules lined up to what they need to make a profit.

Working Tinley's way to black ink is the best solution for getting rid of marketmakers and hopefully that will happen quickly because of our low debt position.

Or we could be on the radar as a takeout by the marketmakers, funds, moneymen and bankers.  Or US MSOs or Canadian LPs may be interested in us because we have a going concern  for rapid infiltration on US soil.

We could also get a "triggering event" which will launch pot stocks with potential as they rush to set up wherever legal or hopefully, all States if they fix the Interstate restrictions.

Non US potpreneurs may work the export angle to get products into the US like we are doing with Germany and other countries under some kind of freetrade existing deal that might enable us to all of the legal States.

Whether we will get the huge greenrush for the States with some momentous triggering event or we just keep picking up a State at a time, we will get there but if it is the latter that big pop may be lost.

US politicians are stalemated, cantankerous old, let's keep doing things the same way and their politics is screaming for a new party to come right up the middle, that can get things done.  Trump got in on change but turned out to launch a coup d'etat when he didn't beat the Dems.  I was taught that that is treason and punishable by death but the rednecks, gun toting proud boys and their like still support him and Biden, it's doubtful that he will have enough brainpower left to be left as POTUS, if he doesn't croak.

Both parties are masterclass politicians that keep their need by never solving anything, just like lawyers.  I noticed that there have been some gun scares on judges, politicians and the like and that keeps them honest and grounded.

Both Trump and Biden went straight to the trough to slop for them and theirs.  Self interest first, not the people!

Go Tinley and just don't sell!

ROFL, it was a joke about Dave Chappelle, and wishful thinking about adding alcohol to Beckett's, we all know management doesn't have an innovative bone in their bodies and would never get creative beyond Jeff's original ideas.  And lastly, SBBC market cap is now below Tinley's, maybe TNY should make an offer to merge or buy them out to acquire so actual revenues ffs. I'd go with your numbers!  Must have been the multi-serve that I posted about.  Still asking premium price, hopefully for a premium product. Got knackered again today by the marketmakers and I wish our management would do something more about it, although $600k from Rick is a vote of confidence and skin in the game. I have always been concerned that TNY could be a snatchable ...more
