On one hand, the latest
video hinted at promotion but could just be create more uncertainty in the minds of shareholders. I have to face the fact that Blaze could be the marketmaker.
This control deal that has been announced is concerning for the fact that it should be voted on by shareholders. I'm not sure how they can make that deal with the confidence they have shown unless they have committment from major shareholders to lock up their votes in favour of this deal with Blaze.
That would rankle of insider trading and could get the lawyers launching class action suits.
The only thing I am sure of is that Tinley's is being held at these levels for an acquisitor or investment fund to benefit. The reason could be just to flip it out to other interested parties, of which I am sure, there should be several but I am not sure if Tinley's underbuilt this facility such that others would build larger capacity facilities for their expected volumes.
Remember that Pabst Labs has done that and in record time compared to Tinley's but maybe Tinley's has paved the way with the watchdogs, lawmakers, inspectors and such in California such that it quickened the process.
Interesting tidbit in the news today in regards to SBBC that had a deal with Jones Soda that got queered for whatever reason, probably a bad deal for one of the parties. The market is loving SBBC right now over announcement of a new energy bar type sku entering the Costco stable of products in North America.
I'm not sure if SBBC even had bottling capability, but apparently somebody in their camp saw a future for THC and CBD beverage skus. Maybe they just wanted to throw their hat in the ring alongside the biggies like Canopy, AB Inbev, Heiny, Molson Coors, Tilray, and several others I can't think of right now.
Cannabinoid infused beverages show a ton of promise but really need to have the rules changed to make them available in all of the established alcohol venues to really hit their stride.
The do-gooder Regan and Nixon era war on drugs people are over-stepping their decision to not allow the two, thc and alcohol to be together.
Sure people could have a bad experience with the two if they consumed them at the same time but I see a huge future for CBD versions served in the bars as a non intoxicating options to go alongside a cold beer. As far as the bad experience, I remember my first with red wine and I would take the overdoing it with thc over that for sure.
It's the alcohol that kills you.
If Blaze is here to give Tinley's a push towards success, I'm ok with it as long as they take the rest of the shareholders with them. Our team either doesn't have what it takes or want to hit the golf course again and get back to their retirements.
Initially, I hoped for Tinley's to be the next Monster or RedBull but with cannabinoid beverages but I was overshooting their capability especially when we lost our first strike advantage due to all the delays.
No way there should have been a deal struck with Blaze until Tinley got a few revenue reports out!
I don't think it will take long now to get an idea of where we are headed and who is going to run the show. I just keep remembering that pharma and beverages have always been high margin and high turnover. I'm really hoping that they return enough so support widows and children, and one old guy!
Cannabinoid stocks are oversold and taking a beating beyond anything I comprehended, at least for the biggie LPs and MSOs and I still think there is more bad news to come across the boards for most stocks, but I also think there will be silver linings and cannabinoids are one of them and real gold is the other depending on how high interest rates get.
A lot of society is going to feel a lot of pain over high interest rates causing them to lose houses, cars and expensive toys but escapes like booze and now thc beverages are a go-to in tough times. Always money for vices in tough times.

Man, learn to use the ignore feature! You won't hurt my feelings at all. If you've got something relevant, bring it on.
