Dems control the House & Senate, no excuses, puff puff pass!

Senate Democrats are planning to roll out long-awaited legislation to decriminalize marijuana next week, despite expected resistance from Republicans.

Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.), who has been leading the legislative push along with Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) and Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.), confirmed reports that senators are set to unveil the Cannabis Administration and Opportunity Act in the coming week.

Cannabis bills are being re-introduced by Dems next week in the divided states of America!

This is a volatile sector, Tinley's stock can surpass previous highs under the right circumstances, cannabis reform in the U.S is one of them, allowing interstate commerece is another, obviously revenues & profits.

Legalization, decriminalization, and safe banking reform will provide increased interest from institutional investors, MM's make money on the way down and up, Tinley's not going Bankrupt because Blaze is only one company interested in acquiring Tinley, it's just the only public info regarding the matters, NDA's this & NDA's that.. Mainstream beverage companies will continue entering the sector such as STZ did in Canada, not just beverage companies either but Big Pharma, Tobacco, etc. A lot of large beverage companies have expressed significant interest in the sub-sector pending legalization, some companies such as Pabst, Boston Brewing, Pepsi, KO, Diageo, Molson, and a plethora of others are active and actively participating in other areas like hemp derived CBD, etc.

Jones Soda is a well known mainstream beverage brand, I'm certain it's not the only one lined up for the LBF.

Anyone on this board actually going to the AGM next month?

I'd give ya a couple of thumbs up if I could.  Everyday I get an e-mail from  Tinley's suggesting that things are moving forward but of course that is managements job, to disseminate positive spin. The shareprice speaks louder, sadly!  I did listen a couple of times to the 12 min interview by another team member of Tinley's and as I expected, they are making syrup sans ...more

Tinley's marketing budget on their own brand pales in comparison to others in the space, some companies such as Simply Better Brands spend 7M on marketing in a single year, Cann spent Millions on sponsors & advertising to account for robust sales. Cann still isn't profitable and one 0 licenses despite decent sales, long term Tinley's more attractive than a lot private and public ...more
