Re reading BevCanna's September 7th letter to shareholders I noticed that they are planning to release financials on SEPTEMBER 31, 2022

You all up in the great north hey, got a 31st day in September? 

So I remembered there was an update, I thought oh someone caught the date, nope!

"... BevCanna currently anticipates that the Annual Filings will be filed on or before September 31, 2022..."

  Third paragraph, second sentence of release should read: BevCanna currently anticipates that the Annual Filings will be filed on or before September 30, 2022 (instead of September 31, 2022).

looks like BevCanna is being acquired, as I suggested was reasoning behind the halt.  BevCanna has encountered further delay in the filing of these statements due to the increased complexity of valuing the Company’s holdings.
