Notice the disclaimer is for Pabst Brewing Company.

Pabst Labs is supposedly a spun off company run by old employees, so far, anyway, until the laws change such that Pabst Brewing will take the reigns.

I can't nail down that Pabst Labs is licensed to crank out their own products.  ]

Seems that they are using Tinley's license but correct me if I am wrong.

Yes Geo, they still use Tinley.  Investors seem to think it's simple getting licensed in California but it's not, it's a long daunting process more often than not.

No wonder they've got so much black market! That is the biggest oversupply issue they have to deal with and they do have to deal with it! If the politicians get it right with a new National legalization bill incorporating the best of all the pot bills it would restore my faith in the political system and democracy. If they don't this will continue one State at a time and lose the US ...more

As much time as getting a transformer! Thank goodness TNY soon to be rebranded Beckett's has that top of the line Italian plant that will soon belong to BLH!! I wonder what ever happened to the "mobile" plant?

Maybe their eyes are bigger than their stomach.  If Pabst is building a bigger plant that would suggest big volume based on the rumour that Tinley couldn't supply thus the bigger plant. It shouldn't be too big a leap to wonder where all of those co-bottling fees are going! It seems that Tinley has lots of co-bottlers that should owe us co-bottling fees.
