and there was mention of Jones getting caught up in a mislabel event.  I don't know any details but there is a movement underway to close the Delta 9 made from hemp loophole in the Agricultural act.

It seems that this mislabeling is for California.

I remember Tinley got caught up in one of those and had to trash a bunch of product.

The minute a product sku is produced, it becomes a liability also, mainly over shelf-life but also all of the other stuff like breakage, mislabeling and whatever else eats profit.

Delta hemp is being restricted in basically every state right now, it wasn't only a labeling issue in California for Hemplify but the regulations changed swiftly, tack & trace, & other strict enforcement like is happening now in various states regarding hemp products.. As an example, in Massachusetts, where one of our new distributors for Beckett's is located, all hemp products
