a little talk over at the Tilray board
that they might be on the buy for a US investment that is bottler related, although I thought it mentioned alcohol.
I can't believe how long the Delta 9 loophole has held which basically defies all things marijuana as far as restrictions like crossing State lines.
Delta 9 made from hemp is a psychoactive skus that delivers just like marijuana does and it falls under the agricultural act that allows it to cross State lines, although I am not sure about restrictions of retailers or bars and such for sales.
If it makes it to the bar scene, it could catch fire by satisfying the beer and toke crowd with just a Delta 9 beverage which would negate the trip to the parking lot to toke up.
Several formulators are capitalizing on this loophole at least until the naysayers fix the legislation but it does create a liability above and beyond normal pitfals for launching new skus.
