2 months since new CEO announcement

Where's Larry? Not a damn word on what his business plan is for Tinley's. Nothing!

Zero beverage experience and 3 million options offered to him....for what exactly?  Seriously does he know what he is doing?  If he's a marketing guy why not just contract him out?  Why name this guy as our CEO? I don't get it.

7 months of a FUNERAL!!!

These guys are untrustworthy unfortunately. I have zero faith

Thanks Larry...whoever you are.

His first decision as CEO to settle debt owed to BLH and Gillis was an embarrassment. A very very bad business decision. Is this what we have to look forward to Larry?  Gillis in second position owed probably over 750k with the interest, exercisable at .105 if Gillis wanted that, gets offered to convert his debt at the current pp asking!!!  WTF.  We settle the settle debt by giving ...more

Let's borrow funds with a 5 year term then decide 2 years later that we need to settle the loan? Why, because they are making money hand over fist. No. Let's give away all the equipment we have. Let's get out of the coaching game. Because we never knew how to do anything other than produce them. Could we make a buck at it, maybe but not much. Couldn't even be successful at the ...more

And was Larry the brainchild of this ridiculous pp offer?  I mean does he think investors are that stupid where they can't do simple division!  This pp is lower than the last one completed in January. Guarantee a director mentioned in the last pr is probably Yanow. He's in knee deep with the press media purchase and there is no turning back.  God I wish they'd make ...more

we did a pp to restock inventory and rush to get HD9 to market. Instead, Ted elayed the closing and paids debt with shares for the top and past directors. We did this at stupidly low prices and missed both thew NA and HD9 deadlines.  We now do a 2nd pp and what did they do, pay down debt with more shares for those at the top again, at stupidly low prices. I'm no CEO but I know you make ...more

Teddy this, and Jeff that. Smh. When will you accept the reality that BLH has made these decisions, not our CEO. It's as if you believe Joe Biden is the decision maker for the United States government. Hehehe   These decisions were made well in advance of Larry becoming CEO.  Tinley signed a deal with the devil instead of Charlie's Angels

That's total mullarkey. If BLH new alll along the debt would be paid off to the tune of 66M shares then there will be lawsuits forthcoming. BLH screwed up. Luckily HD9 and NA are being produced there to save their butt. While I'm disappointed with Larry he will reap the benefits of what's forthcoming.  I saw the pictures of HD9 Beckett's cans from the new investor deck ...more
